The last stage of our process is aimed at helping you continue to reach your life goals. Whether it be preventing your problem recurring, keeping you doing the things you love, or helping you reach your lifestyle and fitness goals.
After completing the initial stages of our treatment pathway (Pain/ Train), you can then progress to one of our ongoing pathway options:
We offer TPM Movement Screens to evaluate your control of movement, a range of Movement & Performance Testing sessions to gain more insight into your overall strength, co-ordination, ability to perform a task to make your maintenance programs as individual and goal specific for you as possible!
We have dedicated Strength & Conditioning coaches to take you on 1:1 sessions and build further foundations on what you achieved in the previous pathways.
If this isn’t your thing we offer Physio Lead 1:1 Pilates sessions and classes, small intimate Yoga Classes as well as both 1-1 and class based Breath Work to really help you achieve your lifestyle and fitness goals and reduce your risk of injury.
